1. Terms of Services

All images produced by Alice Franchi Photography are protected under Italian Law No. 633/1941 and international copyright conventions.

You are not permitted to download, copy, reproduce, publish, adapt, or use in any way (in part or in full) the images, videos, or other content on this website without my prior written permission.
Any use must be explicitly authorized by me (Alice Franchi).
If approved, you must credit “Photo / Video by Alice Franchi” whenever my work is published or displayed publicly (social media, blogs, websites, print, exhibitions, etc.).
You may not alter or edit the content (e.g. filters, cropping, color changes) unless explicitly agreed in writing.

All the content (images, videos, blog posts, graphics, designs, etc.) on this site is protected by copyright and belongs exclusively to me (or to anyone I have formally commissioned).
By purchasing my services, clients are granted limited reproduction/usage rights for personal / private use worldwide for the duration of copyright laws.
Commercial use (selling products, publications, marketing, etc.) of images or video requires a separate written license or agreement.
RAW / original unedited files remain my property unless explicitly agreed otherwise, for an additional fee.
I retain moral rights: I can object to any distortion, mutilation, or modification of my work that might harm my reputation or integrity.

I will retain digital files and backups for a period of 365 days from delivery, after which I cannot guarantee they will remain accessible.
After full payment, you acquire the rights described above provided that the images/videos are used respectfully and in a way that does not harm my professional image or brand.

This notice operates under the relevant laws of Italy (e.g. Law 633/1941 on Copyright) and EU regulation as applicable.
Any unauthorized use may be legally pursued, including worldwide.
The parties agree that any dispute relating to this notice or its terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [your local jurisdiction, e.g. “Florence, Italy”] (or another you prefer).
