Collaboration & Image Use Policies
Because Collaboration Means Respect
Every project I take on — whether with a wedding planner, stylist, or creative partner — is built on trust, transparency, and respect.
These guidelines are not “rules,” but rather a shared understanding that protects the creative integrity of all professionals involved.
Art is collaboration, but it only works when everyone plays fair. 1. Image Usage & Copyright
All images produced by Alice Franchi Photography are protected under Italian Law No. 633/1941 and international copyright conventions.
- All photographs remain the exclusive property of Alice Franchi Photography.
- A non-transferable, non-exclusive license is granted to collaborators for digital promotional use only (such as websites, blogs, and social media posts).
- This license is valid only if the following conditions are respected:
- No editing, cropping, or color alteration of the images.
- Full credit must be given to the photographer.
- For Instagram: tag
@alicefranchi_photography - For websites or blogs: backlink to www.weddingphotographyalicefranchi.com
Any commercial, paid, or print use (e.g., magazine features, ads, campaigns, or third-party marketing) requires a separate written license and fee.
2. Editing & Image Integrity
The post-production process is an essential part of my artistic voice — it defines the mood, emotion, and story behind every frame.
Therefore:
- No image may be edited, filtered, cropped, or color-graded without my written consent.
- Reels or carousels using my photographs must maintain the original tones and composition.
- Any unauthorized modification or distortion may result in immediate withdrawal of image rights.
Respecting the original edit means respecting the story itself.
3. Credit & Tagging
Proper credit ensures every creative’s work is acknowledged. It’s a simple gesture that builds strong, respectful partnerships.
When posting online:

- tag on Instagram:
@alicefranchi_photography
For magazines, websites, or blogs:

If a collaborator or brand publishes without visible credit, I reserve the right to request correction, re-publication, or removal.
4. Sharing the Gallery
Selected collaborators (such as wedding planners, florists, venues, stylists, or makeup artists) may receive a Highlights Gallery — a curated selection of 30–80 web-resolution images — for promotional purposes.
These images:
- Are delivered in web size (not for print).
- May be used for online and non-commercial purposes only.
- Cannot be shared or transferred to third parties (vendors, magazines, or brands) without written approval.
The complete gallery belongs exclusively to the couple.
5. Collaboration Fees & Referral Policy
When a planner, agency, or vendor refers a client who books my services:
- A referral fee of up to 10% of the net service price may be recognized, only if:
- The collaborator actively manages client communication or coordination;
- The agreement is confirmed before the client signs the contract.
Referrals made after confirmation are not eligible for commissions.
No fee applies on bookings under €1,000 net.
Alternatively, collaborators who renounce the referral fee may receive extended image-use rights for non-commercial digital promotion.
6. Non-Compliance & Misuse
If these policies are not respected — for example, images are edited, reposted without credit, or used commercially without permission — Alice Franchi Photography reserves the right to:
- Withdraw or revoke the granted usage license;
- Request immediate content removal or proper crediting;
- Apply retroactive licensing fees for unauthorized use;
- Take legal action in cases of ongoing or repeated violations.
7. The Spirit of Collaboration
This document isn’t about control — it’s about mutual respect.
Every collaboration is a chance to create something beautiful together, and clear rules make it easier to focus on what truly matters: the art, the story, and the people we serve.
Art deserves freedom — but freedom also deserves respect.
Let’s create, share, and inspire… the right way.
